Chan Dara – Lead Advisor

With over a decade of experience in social benefit advocacy, Chan brings specialist knowledge of Cambodian welfare systems. Certified in social work and recognized for outstanding service in the province.

Sopheap Lim – Outreach Coordinator

Sopheap has guided hundreds of families through application processes. Fluent in Khmer and English, with a background in community engagement and trusted relationships with local agencies.

Linda Sok – Documentation Specialist

Linda ensures all paperwork is accurate, timely, and confidential. She specializes in benefit eligibility, keeping up-to-date with ever-evolving regulations.
